Alquity’s Asia Fund invites investors to explore the real emerging Asia, as we convert the continent’s structural growth into revenue growth.
Macro and micro long-term themes form our Asia Fund’s focus, primarily current trends of urbanisation and demographics. This equates to a portfolio composed of companies benefitting from these trends, with high active share and low correlation and volatility compared to benchmarked peers. Also included in the Fund is access to the exciting frontier markets of ‘New Asia’ such as Vietnam, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka, further diversifying and adding to this attractive portfolio.
Unique in character but consistent in approach, each of our funds exemplifies Alquity’s investment principles. Our multi-faceted analysis, combining macro and micro factors and long-term themes, alongside key engagement with our firms, establishes high conviction portfolios with a responsibly competitive edge.

We strive for meaningful social progress and believe in enabling growth from the bottom up. To drive this growth, we donate a minimum 10% of our revenues to charitable projects in the regions where we invest. These donations help to build fairer, more sustainable economies and enables the companies we invest in to prosper. This also broadens our level of insight through meaningful engagement and connects our clients to both social progress and handsome returns.
In Asia, we currently have charity partnerships in India with Hand in Hand, collaborating with them on micro-finance projects, and Shivia who provide a poultry development service for rural farmers enhancing and diversifying their livelihoods. To date we have directly transformed 1,400 lives, in turn impacting 9,800 lives in total in the region.
